Please plan your day to arrive earlier than 14:00. This gives you time to socialise and find your seats. Josie is never late and we will start at 14:00 sharp.

The dress code is semi-formal, so feel free to dress up, but keep comfort in mind as we will be outdoors. Since part of the festivity will be on grass, we recommend wearing shoes that are easy to walk in. The evening tends to get chilly, so be sure to bring a jacket or wrap to stay cozy as the night goes on.

The coordinates will take you to the entrance of the venue. However, if you struggle with Google Maps, please search for “Lions River Polo Club”. The entrance to the farm is 200m past the club on the left hand side were you will see a sign post directing you. Drive over the railway line and keep right. The road will proceed down the valley into the farm.

If you are concerned about drinking and driving on the big day - we've got you covered with a shuttle service! Just let us know where you are coming from, and we'll make sure you get to and from the venue safely and in style. All you need to do is enjoy and celebrate this day with us.

Join us for a fun and relaxed evening of drinks as we kick off the wedding weekend! The night before the big day, we will be raising a glass (or two!) to love, laughter, and the start of something truly special. We can’t wait to see you there and share some pre-wedding cheer!
